     Using a combination of online survey questions and basic evaluation methods, we'll provide you with a quick benchmark analysis, comparing what you tell us about your community to others that we have seen become successful. 

     With that as a baseline, we'll ask you about your current goals about your current plans. Do you have an upcoming project that needs a push? Are you focused more generally on improvement or growth?  What does a "win" look like to you?

     After this exchange of basic information, we'll send your our baseline evaluation and suggest ways that you might proceed.
